With laser and plasma cutting technology of different sizes we have the technical prerequisites for manufacturing high-precision cut parts made of sheet metal with a thickness of up to 40mm to your individual specifications. In this case, we handle both large lots and small lots through to demanding one-off orders. To prepare a quote that is without obligation, we need a model of your part or a drawing. On request we will implement your idea from a freehand sketch and construction design to the final component on your behalf.

Parts cut from sheet metal can be further processed on our edge-bending and rounding machines into 3D components at your request. If these parts are planned for subsequent assembly into structural components, we would be delighted to assist you in optimizing the design for your welding and/or assembly process.

The manufactured components can be finished by us with various coatings in order to prevent corrosion, depending on application and type of material. Typical variations of surface finishing include:

• Hot-dip galvanization
• Cataphoretic painting
• Powder coating
• Zinc phosphate coating
